The LGSA presents a Zoom led Fitness class Friday, October 23rd from 5-6pm with Dr. Allison Burkette as the trainer! This fun workout will be a mix of HIIT and Pilates and a sure way to end your week feeling accomplished. ALL are welcome and encouraged to sweat away another hard week of classes!
